Seems so far away but it will be here before we know it. It is the year that my older daughter will graduate from high school. If you have a pre-teen, by 2030 your daughter might be feeling settled into a career and young adulthood. And now in recent news, this is also the year that 30 companies and counting have decided to accomplish the goal of gender parity at the leadership levels within their companies. More specifically, these companies are committing to significantly increase the number of women in senior operating roles with the ultimate goal of 50/50 by implementing a 5 Step Action Plan.
