Industrial Designer
Neeti Kailas won the 2014 Young Laureate of the Rolex Awards for Enterprise for her non-invasive medical device to screen for hearing impairment in newborns born in developing countries.
Together with her husband, they started Sohum Innovation Lab where they are developing a prototype screening device for adults. What drives her is her passion for healthcare, especially for those with a large scale impact.
